For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "baawin," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the baawin platform, accessible at baawin.app, and the entity operating it.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the baawin platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the baawin website, progressive web application, and all associated services available at baawin.app.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the baawin platform following successful registration and verification.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the PHP-denominated amount held in a player's baawin wallet, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus amounts.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one active baawin account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. baawin employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, baawin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. baawin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. All financial transactions on the baawin platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). baawin supports a range of local payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on baawin is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your baawin wallet in real time, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. baawin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. baawin aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified on the platform, which may vary by payment method. Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, account status, or payment method restrictions.

All games available on the baawin platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, baawin reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. baawin will not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager amount. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the baawin platform.

Disconnection Policy: baawin is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues, device failures, or power outages on the player's side. Where a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection, the game will resume from the point of interruption upon reconnection where the game provider's system supports this functionality.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the baawin platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the baawin platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the baawin platform or its underlying software.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order from baawin or any other gaming operator.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the baawin platform.

All content on the baawin platform — including but not limited to the baawin name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of baawin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the baawin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the baawin platform without the prior written consent of baawin.

Any unauthorized use of baawin's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which baawin reserves all rights and remedies.

baawin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the baawin platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

baawin is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. All data transmitted between your device and the baawin platform is encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL technology. baawin will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the services, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baawin, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the baawin platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

baawin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your baawin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

baawin does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. baawin will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

baawin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds and associated winnings subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the baawin platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting baawin's support team with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.

Nothing in this section shall prevent baawin from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
